Most companies will not put a number on a web page. Here is ours: $10 per linear foot of roofline. January takedown and off-season storage are inside that number, not a second invoice. What moves your total is how much of the house you want lit — not what we decide to charge you.

So what does a real house come to?
Nobody knows their own roofline until somebody measures it, and rooflines vary far more than square footage suggests. Two houses the same size can differ by a hundred feet depending on how many gables, dormers and separate roof planes they have. That is the whole reason the walkthrough is free and the reason we do not quote over the phone.

It is an estimate, not a quote. We will not hold you to it, and you should not hold us to it. The firm number comes off the tape measure, at your house, before anything goes up.

A quote that doubles when someone finally looks at the house is how a job falls apart. We measure the roofline foot by foot, cut every strand to fit it, and hand you the firm number before a single bulb goes up.
